  3. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

  4. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  5. Ship the package back using your preferred courier service.

Important: Do not return items without contacting us first.

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Prepaid labels are only provided for defective or incorrect items.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after inspection.

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Store credit or exchanges are available upon request.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are available, subject to stock.

  • Requests must be made within the 30-day return period by emailing support@lucianbrooks.com.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged
